Route 1 engagement (I do not have a fully dimensioned drawing that includes all design detailing or know exactly what I want) - A brief project outline, completed letter of engagement and any supporting sketches or images you may have.
Route 2 engagement (I have a fully dimensioned drawing that includes all design detailing, outline budget and know exactly what I want) - A fully dimensioned drawing, surface finish detail an outline budget and delivery date if you are approaching us with full project detail.
